I just finished my first fast (test run of 24 hrs) and I felt great during fasting. However I think I did a mistake by eating a relatively large meal after fasting and suffered minor consequences. I’m wondering whether you can offer a beginner few valuable tips?
Smaller fasts to stat with would be good. Try eating very lightly after fasting. I normally made ramen and then left the noodles out and drink the broth. 30 mins after I would eat something solid. Salad was always a winner for that second meal.
