Quick question/ during fasting (I’m 18:6) , I drink black coffee and water , but is there something against flowered sparkling water (no sugar no calories). Just curious is all. Thanks for the help!
It’s a funny one, if they are flavoured but don’t contain sweeteners or Sugars (xylitol etc) , theoretically it should be okay, but if they have sweeteners it’s almost worse as it mimics sugars that your body will react too.
