Anyone suggest a specific online coaching program I’m looking for something that will keep me a little more accountable…..
Thanks!
I’m also going to echo the previous comments that you should seek out a registered dietitian. Nutritionist is a broad term that does not mean much.
I would start by asking your primary care provider for a referral. Your insurance may cover part of the cost if a clinician refers you.
Kroger’s Little Clinic offers virtual dietitian services in many states. You can meet with an RD from the comfort of your home.
Im a huge fan of Chris over at www.AeternusHealth.com
He uses genetic testing and bloodwork to make targeted dietary and supplement recommendations based on your unique biology and current nutrition status.
