Prepping for a 7 day fast Tips and Tricks?

So Im planning to start my first 7 day fast this Wednesday (Due to my work schedule) and wanted to see if anyone more experienced has some tips and tricks for an extended fast like this.

Iv done OMAD for a year now, couple of 3 day fast, and one 5 day fast. Was planning to have some Raspberry flavored LMNT Electrolyte packets during my fast in addition to Green tea and black coffee at work every now and then.

Would honestly like to last longer than 7 days but I’m currently setting my goal to 7 and see how long I last.

I’ve done several 5-7 day fasts. I like to clean fast for the autophagy health benefits as well as weight loss so I don’t use anything with flavors & sweeteners.
