Hi All. I find that if I am doing 16:8 and getting a workout in, I needing more sleep. Like at least 1.5 hours. Is that a normal side effect?
It’s hard to say without additional information. I don’t know your current weight, activity level, current food intake or food choices. What your food and lifestyle was like before making changes. I’m guessing that the change in nutrition and/or activity is leaving you more fatigued. I wouldn’t call this degree of change normal or common. I mostly see slightly reduced energy because of reduced caloric intake but nothing major. This would require a more in depth analysis.
