Yo
Has anyone in here tried the Ran Soul Supplements? Is it really a “super supplement”?
Not scientific or anything but, uh… just the name sounds SUPER sketchy an gimmicky.
And there’s no such thing as a “super supplement”.
The field is already dangerously fraught with poor quality supplements because the US doesn’t regulate anything except basic safety (and doesn’t even do that well) for supplements.
Better to just search for brands that have been tested and vetted by real third party organizations. (Being careful about fake ones that are actually owned by the same company!)
Here’s a good overview:

Diets that require supplements are inherently flawed. Most of them will just add color and aroma to your urine. The bad ones can cause more health problems than anything else.

It’s a super MLM, hailing from the capital of MLM scams, Utah.
