I would like to commence a regular dryfasting schedule.
Currently thinking of Dryfasting 3 days a week ongoing - Fast 2 days, Rest(eat) 2 days, Fast 1 day, Rest 2 days. Repeat.
Have anyone tried this approach? Any recommendation or comments?
Do what fits with your schedule. Some people suffer paralysis of analysis and end up doing nothing instead. I try and do a Litre of water with bicarb on a Friday Morning and break with the same on Sunday evening/Monday morning. That way I can still work and nothing too extreme so I can hang with the kids on the weekend. I don’t do it all the time and if I have a specific health issue I book the time off and get a week done. Easy does it ✌️
