I do IF for about 3-4 years. Currently I am 29. 178 cm and 85 kg. In 2022 I went full “0 carb” without cheating once.
I do very light exercises daily ( situps, pushups, pullups).
Currently I switched to one meal a day. And here is the question:
If I do 4 dry fast per month is it too much?
My plan is to eat meal at Thursday 17h00 and next meal would be at Sunday 15h00.
I m used too fasting and I love this lifestyle, saves me so much money and time. ( I never eat out and can easily meal prep for whole week)
Also by the way fry fasting seems to work best when you’re a day or two into a normal water fast, then you can ditch the water. My longest fast was just under 2 weeks and 5 days into that was when I stopped drinking. Salt is crucial too
Not an answer to your question but do you know if your copper intake is enough?
I begin to wonder if copper is fundamental for dehydration response. Maybe dryfasting will increase the need for it.

Your system might work well. It doesn’t seem to be too crazy.
Recently I’ve researched dry fasting by Islam. They’re obviously the most experienced in dry fasting. And it’s volunteer ~16 hr dry fast every Monday and Thursday (sunrise to sunset). And 13,14,15 of every month (~16 hours each day). Seems to be a legitimate way to implement dry fasting into your life. Look into it maybe. I’ve adopted this fasting style + quarterly longer fasts
