Answer

I came down with something a couple of days back, I fasted yesterday and was feeling almost all the way better but I broke my fast today and the headache and sore throat are back.

I should have kept fasting, ah well starting a new one!

Answer

Yes you should

When you are sick, the body is supposed to be in a fasted state to focus it energy on healing the body. Humans shouldn’t even be eating as much as they say we should be eating in the first place. Also weak cells die while the strong cells survive when you fast. Think about it, when you are sick you don’t really have a desire to eat. That’s your body telling you to not eat so it can do it’s duty.

Answer

ABSOLUTELY. I greatly accelrated getting rid of the tick borne disease spotted fever by doing a 36 hour dry fast. I beat it with NO antibiotics and in less than a week. Normally it takes over two weeks WITH anitbiotics.
