Had a NY strip tonight and usually after something like that I’m quite satisfied for the night.
But man. . .having severe hunger pangs right now. A little frustrating. Guess I’ll make myself a cup of tea. . .
I usually finish my eatings windows with healthy fats like nuts ie almonds, pecans, walnuts, cashews, pistachios, and hazelnuts.
I find that finishing my meal with fat keeps me satiated until the next eating window.
Eat something extra and don’t worry about it. Sometimes something like that is enough, sometimes it’s not, that’s just the way it goes, especially if you’re a women (hormones are a biiiiiiii)
Nuts are great, so are dense, dark-colored veggies, maybe in a soup or salad.
