For me breakfast and lunch. When I do not eat in the morning I am so toxic person but when there is dinner its evening and I am ok to not eat.
the days i do OMAD or IE i have to eat dinner. i cant sleep that well if i go to bed hungry. i’m fine to wake up and run on coffee until i eat later in the day, i’m never hungry in the am anyway. even before i started purposefully intermittent eating, i never wanted breakfast
I highly encourage extended fasts, push that muscle but days I do IF I like late lunch only days. I used to think I could never live without breakfast but u get used to it pretty quickly. I work and then feed when I’m cozy at home. Eating now slows me down and makes me sleepy lol.
