Thinner face and sun

Does anyone else notice that dryfasting helps to thin out face?

Of course I think yes a variety of factors but I def can see an improvement!

Last question: I get mixed messages on sunscreen. I have read that sunscreen causes cancer and the sun is not bad for us.

But then I also get told stay out if sun. I am pretty fair but I never burn and usually just tan.

Long story I know, but I think dryfasting helps with aging as well. Like I hardly have any wrinkles at all! But I also take good care of my skin, workout, and avoid the sun to a point

Curious on others thoughts about both. Thank you.

Answer

Avoid all vegetable seed oils (they’re in everything so you’ll have to stop eating all processed food and stop eating at restaurants) to make the skin less susceptible to sun damage. And work up to more and more sun exposure.

I have also noticed that dryfasting drastically thins my face. I think it’s water retention though. Since once I break my fast, and start eating carbs I notice it coming back. Though over time I’m losing the fat on my face, so am I hoping for more permanent face thinning.
