Hello, I am trying to get out of drinking but this seems unfeasible right now. Therefore I push my feeding window late, so it can acomodate a meal (dinner) and the drinking. I am 34 years old, 1,84m, started intermittent fasting (18:6) a little less than three weeks ago with 87kg, now weight 83kg and have a goal of 73kg. I run 5km 4-5 times a week and lift weights 2-3 times a week. Any tips on which kind of drinks would be better to fit into this situation? (Less detrimental to weight loss) Edit: I’m 33
It depends on what you are drinking for.
I you are into tasting whiskey or whine and you are into complex flavor profiles I’d recommend you to try high quality gong-fu tea.
