Vacation and questions

Ok so hubby had off Monday and Tuesday (definitely not a normal thing, maybe once or twice a year), kids were in school and so hubby wanted to go out and enjoy ourselves. I haven’t had any cheats or off the fasting schedule since starting (approx 5 weeks). The first day I ended my fast 2 hours earlier than normal. The second day was more of a 12:12. I kinda figured I would go up in weight because the second days food was not the most healthy and had more salt. How long till the off plan stuff kinda makes it way out of my system and things go back to what it was?

Side note, the next day I went right back to my fasting schedule. Also I do know that everyone is different but just curious what everyone experience is.

I’m not sure how other people maintain their fasting schedule but I do ADF. Friday is my eat day and Saturday I have a family dinner so for special events I just count those days as OMAD’s, and keep on my regular schedule. Life is busy and I don’t want to stress the small stuff like my fasting schedule for special meaningful plans. Luckily, I’ve looked at my year long calendar and I only have to accommodate these alterations a few times over the year.
