Neither. Especially if you are cooking with those. Nothing but highly processed rancid and oxidized oils.
Healthier option would be stone pressed avocado or olive oil, coconut oil, lard, butter, or ghee.
Whether or not something is going to be better for one’s health is going to vary on a number of different factors.
If you can’t eat dairy, whether it’s for ethical reasons or because you don’t tolerate it, that’s one reason.
There’s also religious/cultural reasons for why someone would want to use smart balance. Products like this can be convenient for that (say for example, if someone keeps kosher and there is meat on the table)
Health wise, they are pretty similar.
