Airfrying frozen vegetables

Does anyone know if air frying vegetables causes a lot of the nutrients to be lost in frozen vegetables? From what I understand, steaming is the best way to keep the nutrients in frozen vegetables.

Answer

No, it should not cause frozen vegetables to loose nutrients. Air frying is basically a convection oven. Though you might overcook them and they probably will be soggy. Usually frozen vegetables have the most nutrients because they are grown and harvested to be frozen as soon as they are ripe.
