If im doing only veggies in a prolonged fasting will the fiber cramp my stomach since its gonna be empty(no protein no fats just veggies)
You could juice them…I did an 80 day juice cleanse and lost 75 pounds back in 2018…all I drank was fresh veggies that I juiced in my juicer..changed my life and it fixed all my health issues..what I drank mostly was the green machine : kale, celery, ginger, lemon, green apple( less sugar) and cucumber, and eventually I added beet and other veggies, the web is your oyster on looking up ingredients and educating yourself with the benefits of the veggies juiced. Juicing takes most of the fiber out so your body doesn’t have to digest it but will only get the nutrients from them, so good for you
