What do you eat to not feel hungry during fasting hours? (non-veggies)

I feel full/content at the end of my eating hours (after dinner time). However, come morning my stomach is screaming “FEED ME” and it’s hard to last until noon. What foods do you all eat to feel full? Veggies will make me gag and vomit, so those are currently off the table. (I have a plan to try to introduce them slowly in different ways, but that is not helpful right now).

I only started a week ago, so unsure if it will eventually taper off.

I heard someone once say that peanut butter is a hunger suppressant… idk if I actually believe that but I use to keep a jar of peanut butter and a clean spoon on my desk in college so I could do that if I got hungry while I was live-streaming and I always found it impressively filling.

Eggs are extremely filling for me. Also almonds/pecans/pepitas/whatever other nuts you like.

I cut out refined sugar entirely which was a game changer and pretty much ended all cravings (or at least diminished their intensity to a point where I don’t even notice).

You could consider making your eating hours earlier if that’s possible for you. Of course everyone’s schedule is different. I found moving mine (omad) from mid day to breakfast made everything pretty easy to manage.
