I recently joined the LIFE fasting app and i really like it… but i keep getting dozens of DMs from men saying hello and trying to talk to me and it’s all clearly a scam. Does this happen to anyone else? Is this app like the peak spot for scammers to scam? I’m so confused.
Not a peak spot, just an easy one. Tbh many people there are trying to better themselves and many are vulnerable. That will always attract users and scammers.
If you go to settings there’s “Messaging Preferences” and you can toggle off direct messages
