My understanding is that you have to go beyond 3 days for these benefits to really come into play
my brain is on fire after only a 5 day DF… I’m definitely a little too ecstatic… like I could use more stillness in my meditation.
But my focus and ability to switch thought processes on a dime is amazing right now.
