Things I've noticed since Dry Fasting for about 6 weeks....

I now drink all my water for the day in the morning instead of all throughout the day and I don’t need to wee as much as I use to.

I actually look forward to my once a week 48 Hour Dry Fasts now as before I dreaded the water fasts.

While on a Dry Fast I have the best sleeps.

I do get loads of spots on my back which are very itchy.

When I brake my fast with water I do get a bit light headed.

I’m a bit new to this concept but my understanding of how our bodies process water is that it can only really process like 1litre of water max per hour.

Males need almost 4L per day and females 2.7L

You can easily know if you are getting enough water by the colour of your urine though so maybe just check it isn’t really yellow later on the day.
