I do OMAD every day for years, and fast completely on Monday and Thursday. Love the energy boost and mind clarity, but fasting has negative impact on my sleep so i need some aid. On non-fasted days i sleep perfectly fine so i don’t want melatonine to mess with that. Only little help on fasting days. So, what dose would be ok to start with?
Tiny. I listened to Dr. Peter Attia talk about it and he recommended a very small amount for regular use - like .3 to .5 gram. I purchase the children’s gummies and take a nibble of about that much. That’s enough to get me to sleep.
