What is the best dryfasting ratio to heal eyes but also gain muscle?

I’m 21, 6 foot 2 but very skinny. I don’t dryfast to lose weight but mainly to heal my eyes which I damaged with too much screen time during covid. At the moment I dryfast for 2 days then eat for 2 days with varying results with my underbags and red eyes.

Because I’m skinny I also want to gain muscle, is this possible while dryfasting? Let’s say if I dryfast for 3 days, refeed on the 3rd day with protein/veg, workout that day, then dryfast for another 3 days would that be safe? I have had some injuries working out before because I have no muscle but I want to dryfast for my eyes and gain muscle on refeed days.

Any help is appreciated.

growth hormone, after 3 days it boosted to over 300% , after 5 days it’s over 1200%. so if your goal is to bulk, do heavy lifting 3 days in a row, one rest day, then a 3day fast while doing body weight stuff. than back to heavy lifting and repeat for 13 week ,

For eyes I would say the longer the better. But I’ve heard of people getting improvements after 3 day sessions. I think probably healing anything it’s the longer the better. But I’m learning to be easier on myself and not push it so long if I don’t need to .

It’s amazing the drop in inflammation after 3 days. My tinnitus was practically gone on night 3. No joint pain. Just the lack of sleep always throws me a spin. I could see so clear on 3rd day. Broke it and even the water I could feel inflamed me. Albeit I have serious gut issues im healing so normally water will not inflame the average person. I just have much work to be done on the gut.
