What is the difference between 100% homey and honey that isn’t 100%? Is pure honey better?

Answer

Organic unfiltered unprocessed unheated RAW honey is the best. Preferably glyphosate free. RAW Manuka honey is also a great option as well as RAW fermented honey. And to answer your question honey that isn’t 100% honey is cut with corn syrup. This honey I wouldn’t touch with a 20 foot pole same with any honey that’s Been processed or heated.

Answer

Pure is better. Pure and unfiltered is the best, because you get little bits of pollen and jelly and wax and so on.

Honey that is less than 100% has typically been filtered, and then cut with corn syrup.

It’s usually cheaper, though.

Up to you.

Answer

Buy 100% pure, unheated/ unpasteurized honey, it’s not exactly a lot healthier than sugar but it’s a nice treat to allow yourself a bit now and then.

Bee pollen is where it’s at though, every amino acid in one food item, bee pollen is a superfood
