What supplements shouldn’t I take on a water fast

Hi I’m doing a few water fasts here and there 3-4 days to limit my eating to 2-3 meals a week. On days that I fast I intend to take supplements.

However, every time I take my pills, a few hours after my stomach goes crazy. And my toilet visits are very frequent and unpleasant. Please note this is only after the pills, not before, and for a few hours after taking the pills the unwanted effect happens for a few hours. I do take these pills with a glass of water mixed with a spoon of Himalaya salt

My question is if somebody has had a similar experience with the following, so I don’t have to spend too long on the process of elimination.

  1. One pill for nail fungus, this one I’ve tried to remove and nothing
  2. One multi vitamin tab, tried removing this and nothing
  3. 2 soft gel fish oil pills
  4. 2x vitamin D 2500 UI soft gel pills
  5. 2x electrolyte plus from myprotein company

If somebody has any idea I’d appreciate it!

Answer

Eliminate: 2,3,4 & 5.

  1. This will call an upset stomach on a fast
  2. This has calories
  3. Fat soluble vitamin and you will be consuming no food and most use some sort of oil, so again calories.
  4. This also has calories

When you fast, use snake juice, and nothing else . Fasting is zero calories.
