There’s a whole group of people who fast with distilled water. I think that’s crazy because it would deplete your electrolytes more than just not drinking anything.
But, once they get used to it they seem fine on it.
I just eat some salt from time to time.
Not necessary, its mainly to avoid kidney stones and add a little extra salt – drink lemon water or something with citrate and you’ll be fine. Probably be just fine anyway if you have no history of them.
