Lemon water?/ water? / electrolytes?/ Tea / Coffee
Personally a glass of water makes my stomach feel all acidic when I just wake up. I give it like 30 minutes and water is the best. You’ll get the electrolytes from breakfast. Coffee at like 10 so I can enjoy my early morning brain first.
Something with electrolytes can be good people tend to sweat/drool in their sleep, and it’s more effective at waking up with than plain water.
That being said.. water.
Or coffee.
Or tea.
Just drink something to rehydrate.
Usually some plain water first thing.
Occasionally milk, coffee, or tea. Though, I try to avoid coffee and tea on an empty stomach. Milk is great, though! Sometimes a glass of whole milk is my entire breakfast then I don’t really feel hungry until lunch.
