Answer

Maybe ghee? Or avocado oil? They have high burning points if I understand correctly. Idk though. If you’re looking for nutritional fried food, lightly oiled and air fried comes out pretty good. Tricks my brain well enough but it won’t be quite the same

Answer

Nothing really but if I had to I’d go with refined coconut oil. It’s got a higher smoke point than most oils. You don’t want to use unrefined for this purpose.

I wouldn’t be deep frying daily though, make it an occasional treat.

Answer

Olive oil is the best but it’s expensive and it has a strong taste. Sunflower oil is the best in terms of money and neutral taste but if you are more concerned about health avocado oil. Deep fried food is not the healthiest option anyway

Answer

Avocado oil is one of the healthiest especially if you are cooking between 350 and 425 degrees, but it is expensive and does not add much flavor. Peanut oil is nut as healthy but it is cheaper and holds well at high temperatures and has a lot of flavor which some people like and done people don’t like.

Answer

My mum uses lard because it cooks fast and hardens when she’s done, so she can pop the lid on and put it away in the cupboard for the next time (obviously changes it when needed but it’s good for a few meals first)

Answer

Peanut oil for that 5 guys flavor goodness. Good for you oil? I dunno. I get to hog out on sundays with the family food fests. Rest of the week is plain oats and yogurts n nuts. Bachelor chow that works. -74 and counting 270 to 198 almost there. Wanna lose a third gravity but keep my fat strength know what I mean?
