Strictly in terms of calories - Fiber one
You’re looking only at Carb count without looking at the Fiber content. Fiber one has 18 gms of fiber, so even though one serving is 34 gms carbs in contrast to 30 gms for Cheerios, the “net” carbs which will add to blood sugar is (34 - 18) = 16 gms (I didn’t check sugar alcohol at the time, but that reduces net carbs too). I think Cheerios had just 4.
I mean, that’s why Fiber one has lesser net calories.
I’ll also add - fiber content has a greater impact on our overall well being than calorie count. I generally recommend giving more weight to the foods with better fiber content
