Healthy dirty riceCook a healthy ground meat - bison, Turkey, chicken, low fat beef e.t.c. over season it just a tad. Set aside or refrigerate for later use. Throw 1/4 cup of bell pepper and a clove of garlic in the pan, cook until tender (about 8 minutes). Add 3/4 cup cauliflower rice (straight from freezer to pan so it’s crispy), cook about 3 minutes. Add 6 oz. of the previously cooked meat (especially if it’s cold), cook until meat is warm. Add 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes cut in half. Cook 2 minutes. Remove from fire, chop and add the green part of one green onion. Eat.

Your liver and kidneys are cleaning your body 24/7. You don’t need any special recipes for that.
Simply focus on eating more fruits, vegetables, whole grains, healthy fats, drinking enough water and getting enough sleep. Less sweets/added sugars, chips and junk food and will be doing just fine.
