Will protein power ‘go bad’ after being in the heat for a long period of time?

Answer

All proteins will denature with time anyway, heat will speed up the entropic process, as will acid, air, water, or anything’s else it comes into contact with. So yes, the protein will break down to its amino acid units with pretty much any temperature over 40degrees
