Started at 16:8 in the middle of October this year. I gradually got to 18:6. Switched to a 22:2 OMAD/CICO diet this past weekend. It’s been much better since I still get to have a large meal and dessert. I’ll have to cut out the dessert once I get to a certain weight.
Just noting this for future me.
Mid of Oct to now…so around 3 weeks. Any reason for the fast progression in the fasting period?Also, if you could upload your starting point and what you hope to achieve that’ll give a lot of context.
