New to Fasting: 16:8 or 18:6?

I’m new to fasting and have tried to read all of the supplements on this page. I’ve been fasting every day either 16:8 or 18:6 depending on supper time. My question is can I interchange between times or do I need to stick to one routine to see results?

Answer

Sure you can be flexible! Just try to get the same amount of calories and keep it low carb. Easy to pig out if you gave 8 hours to eat. I find 20/4 more effective, will be better to keep window small so you keep your insulin down longer. But most important is to do what works for you. Track your weight and if the scale is going up, you will know it’s not working.
