40 day fast, day 14 update

Day 14 update: last Weigh in-218 starting - 234 lost - 16

Now I’m not going to lie: I overexerted Myself on (about) day 11 and for the last few days have been out of Comission. As one who Pushes Caution. I’ve decided to take a full 48 h refeed/ reset. Tasked with a long day of farm work+ my 1 mile daily Walk I ended up getting Very sick, weak, and lethargic. I Probably Slept 28 out of 36 hours the following days. along with ‘almost’ Blacking out when I stood up. It seemed No Matter how much electrolytes I took, it wasn’t enough. Day 13 was Ok; but leading into today with Extreme exhaustion, I figured best bet would be to refill my deficiencys Whatever they May be. Day 14 Ate bonebroth, 2 eggs, and snacking on 8 chicken wings throughout the day. I already feel 100x Better. (Not sure if due to food, or Time) I guess the Most appropiate action would be to Rename “40 day fast” to “40 days of fasting” 😅 I have roughly 30ish hours until I restart. Didn’t include progress pics as most of the weight has been lost in my legs and hardly any real noticeable changes in the pics I’ve posted 😅.

It is impressive you can still work and walk.

The most I did was 4days (was too weak to push a door open, stopped using the toilet on day 2 and knew I was a risk to pedestrian). I know anything beyond 7 days is ER.
