6 days dry fast

In one hour, it will be 6 days into my dry fast. I’m working my way up. My last one was 4 days and 4 hours. (100 hours)

I’m doing this for autoimmune reasons, not weight loss. I don’t have much body fat, and it’s really wilting away on this fast. I’m just so fed up with my disease (Sjogren’s Syndrome) and hope dry fasting can cure it. I haven’t really noticed any permanent changes from my previous fasts, but they probably weren’t long enough. Sjogren’s makes dry fasting very uncomfortable. Any hope for me out there? Do I just have to get to the point where I’m doing 7 day fasts or longer? I hope everyone is well!

Good luck to you. There is always hope - I don’t think dry fasting is a cure-all, but I believe the power of the body is revealed with it and can lead us onto an even deeper path to healing. 7 days is powerful, but sometimes it’s the consistency versus a long fast that can be the greater healer. Take care and I wish you the best - rooting for your disease to be ridden 🙏🏻

Know one can know for sure. However, pain is a sign of your condition healing. The more severe the illness, the more pain. People that have beaten cancer have endured great pain while their body is attacks the tumors. Keep with it and report back.
