I generally eat pretty, but last night I had pizza and ate way more than I was intending, and this morning I am having heavy bloating. A lot of what ive read says that i should keep the metabolism going all day,, eating several small meals. So…does this mean that I should not IF on this particular day, and then go back to i9t tomorrow when I’m not bloated?
Go back to your regular IF schedule (if I eat late, like on Fridays, I just make sure to get 18hrs in before I eat the next day), lots of water and get a good walk in if you can, will get everything moving along
Personally, I wouldn’t worry about the bloating too much unless you’re in serious pain and need to see a doctor. I always get bloated after having pizza, especially when I haven’t had it in a long time. My bloating from pizza usually calms down by the next day. Maybe have some herbal tea for your stomach to help it along.
