I would do rolling 72 hour fasts with keto refeeds, no calorie counting but strictly one meal. You could probably lose about 1 pound per 72 hour fast if you don’t go crazy on your refeeds. Do that 20 times and you could be at your goal in feb.

I have lost almost 25 lbs since Oct 26th (sw 165.9 , cw 141.2, gw 130) by doing a combo of OMAD (10% of the time) and rolling 48’s and 72’s. I also started walking everyday and am averaging 15k+ in steps. I avoid all junk food and very rarely allow myself sugar during refeeds.

ADF. Do 36 hour fasts and eat your TDEE on your eating days. You might not get the full 20 but I find that was the easiest fasting regiment to stick to. You have 56 days, you will fast 28 days.

Things that got me to lose weight quickly (220 to 201 from Jan to March exactly 8 weeks apart) were things like walking 5-7 miles throughout the day and calisthenics and dumbbell workouts on my eat day, while doing ADF. Nothing crazy, just about 40 minute workouts. I also didn’t even do ADF fully, just 3 days a week. But I wasn’t in a hurry. I am much taller than you so my TDEE is higher though. I can’t imagine doing rolling 72s but if you can, that might work better for you if you can sustain it. I just did a 60 hour fast and yes I feel fine but there’s no way I could do this for 8 weeks.

i agree keto is probably the way to go due to losing water weight and keeping it down. I think the other commenter’s calories are too low. I’d start with OMAD for a week, keto meal but wouldnt go under 800 cals! Focus on protein and mix veg like salad. Next week skip 2 of your OMADs so you incorporate 2 x 47 hour fasts with one protein heavy meal in between. The next week do 3 47s. The week after you could roll 47s or push your fasting window further. Try walking more, make sure to take electrolytes throughout and dont let fluctuations on the scale put you off. Even weigh once a week/fortnight.

Also a 1lb of fat is 3500 calories not 4000. You may not lose the whole 20 this way, you may lose more but its much healthier than 300 cals a day.
