I don’t want to drink orange juice as its denser in calories and I am nkt interested in squeezing my own orange juice, next best thing for health in my mind was to sip lemon water or apple cider vinegar but I’m unsureif it counts. As I understand it water with lemon in it does contain calories?
Opinions will differ, but sounds like a negligible amount of calories. It’s fine. Keep in mind though, consuming small amounts of calories(particularly sugar) while fasting will inevitably make you feel hungrier than if you had nothing.
