23F, 179cm and 98kg. trying to lose 15kg by september
In the past I only got to 45h before giving up and it has been quite some time i fasted longer than 20h
I struggle mostly with the mental aspect and eating out of boredom. I have electrolyte supplements that I will be taking.

First of all, your username is everything!!!! Love it. I do 72 hour fasts but sometimes I stop around the 48 hour mark. I just listen to whatever my body is telling me. But I do know the most weight comes off in the third day, so maybe you could use that knowledge to help you push through?! It’s rough, I know. I drink sparkling water when I’m really struggling. It helps my body think there is some substance in it, and eases the hunger pains. Oh and if it helps, I’m 36f, SW: 196.7lbs, CW: 183.7, and I’m 5’8”.
