I cant stand greens powder supplements no matter what im mix them with im wondering if it is safe to dry scoop greens supplements, im not worried about particle inhalation as I dry scooped pre-workout no problem (dumb I know)
as others have said why not just switch to a version of the nutrients you want that you can tolerate? if you really want to take them invest in something to put it in capsules or buy a ready made capsule version.
inhalation of particles is a very possible way to become ill in your lungs, not just short term brinchitis but long term things like mesothelioma style. irritation to the nasal tract, throat, stomache, etc. is also possible. dehydration if you don’t immediately follow or precede it with enough fluids.
As a final note, what makes you think textural sand will be better than what you already don’t like as a normal beverage? nutrition doesn’t have to be miserable I am sure there is a healthier and happier way :)
Not recommeded as the texture is usually a little gritty and it’ll stick to your throat, which will likely cause irritation and set off a coughing jag. I’ve done them mixed with liquid and it’s hard enough getting that texture down.
