Lost nearly 40lb with 16/8 about 7 years ago. I am reluctant to do it again because I have worked really hard in the gym and don’t want to lose the muscle I’ve built. Is there a way to do this? I’m a pretty big guy so I’m wondering how I should calculate macros and if nutrient timing would be essential for this. Open to anyone’s experience or insight. I imagine I have somewhere between 20-40lbs to lose.
Im not a big guy but i train everuday for 5 years calisthenics. I wonder the same thing because after i workout im starving but dont know how it will impact. When i tried it, i didnt have sufficient energy to train like a beast. I was low energy
