So I’m not sure if anyone has/had this problem, but for some reason my body doesn’t like being in ketosis. Every time I got any length of time without carbs or start getting into ketosis my heart starts palpitating and beating rather hard. This is kinda concerning me and keeping me away from really attacking this snake diet, anyone have any advice?
Electrolytes sounds most likely like your problem. What is any length of time with no carbs? like as soon as you wake up? That sounds like carbohydrate withdraw. Depending on how bad of a carboholic you are it takes time. To adjust.
Oh ok that’s probably it right there. Salt to taste you food when you refeed. check out a cool guy Dr. J. DiNicolantonio wrote a book called “The salt fix” Don’t know if you ever watch the two Krazy Ketos Joe and Rachel on YouTube. Joe is a referee for football and rugby he gets upto 10G of salt a day from all the activities that he does. Get some Redmond’s real salt and add that shit to everything. Good luck.
