Chipotle has a sneaky high amount of sodium. Conservatively you’re looking at 1000mg of sodium in that bowl. That’s 2/3 of the American Heart Association’s recommended daily intake for adults. (I think it used to be 2500 though). I like getting these dehydrated black beans and pinto that are done in two minutes by adding hot water. Makes for super easy meals when I don’t feel like cooking
Hahaha chipotle went down in quality ugh i cant do it. I just get my microwave and electric kettle and makes: a can of beans (black beans kidney beans lentils) then microwave rice (pretty fatty but can substitute oats for a complete protein, then i eat yogurt for protein and dried edamame… i use some diet food and microwave riced cauliflower too and then eat clementines and apples and raw spinach and corn chex
