Is eating chipotle bad?

I fasted for 72 hours and broke my fast with chipotle. Had me a burrito bowl, with rice, double chicken .. also with chips and guac, two tortillas in the side. Is that bad ?

I’ve done it many times, but I prefer a more low carb version: salad bowl: lettuce base, add fajita veggies, no beans or rice, double protein, and with cheese and guac and salsa(s).

No chips or torts either. In my experience, when doing rolling 72s (or anything), staying keto on refeeds helps with the next fast.

I’ve done this too, love chipotle! Lol its the one thing i do as my cheat once a week. The best diet for you is the one that suits you and you can stick to You will still lose weight, but if you want to loose it faster stay away from the rice and tortillas and too many sauces lol

Like others say the problem is carbs (or more exactly mixing carbs with fats and proteins). Better to get meat, sour cream, guac and skip the chips, rice. That way you are more likely to remain in a state where your body is using your body fat for fuel. Otherwise going back into fasting will be more painful/annoying/slow your overall progress.

Answer

It’s definitely not ideal. Each tortilla is 320 calories (640 total) and chips and guacamole have 770cals. So you could have saved 1,410 calories just by not indulging in those extras (although I know how damn tasty they are). Also, as others have mentioned - if you avoid the carbs it can help with continued fasting by keeping you in ketosis and keeping insulin levels low so you don’t get hunger pains if you dive into another fast.
