Deep diffusive leg pain - hypothesis?

So I am 90 hours into my first dry fast and for the past 24 hours I have had this deep, diffusive leg pain that has only increased. It feels exactly like the growing pains I got as a child and during puberty. My hypothesis is that because my HGH spiked, my legs are in pain from trying to grow, but because all my growth plates have ossified, it’s not possible. What do you all think about this? It could possibly be a lack of magnesium or potassium but it’s more of a bone ache than a muscle ache and I never get this on water fasts (I don’t tend to use electrolytes on water fasts til the 5th day so I imagine I would have experienced this before if it was magnesium or potassium). Either way, I’ll continue and monitor closely, just curious as to peoples’ thoughts.

Answer

Sounds like a healing crisis. The acidic buildup in parts of the body can cause pain after a certain amount of days (namely 5 and 7). Legs are particularly prone to this because there’s a lot of acidic buildup there
