I have been on IF for some months already and I just noticed this today, its probably been happening for a while but I just connected the dots.

Ive been pooping very little and kind of liquid when the normal for me used to be really big chunks haha. I would not say I’m constipated as I am feeling great and empty every time I finish. I am guessing its because my body its extracting more out of every meal and also the amount of water I’m drinking at the moment.

Is this normal? should I be doing something different?
Also if you’re eating less fiber when you do eat that would do it. Most people have to have a smaller food volume with higher calories when they only eat once or twice a day so end up eating a lot less fiber. Animal foods pretty much get almost completely digested. If you eat carnivore diet for instance after a while you poop every few days and they are like baby carrot sized haha.
