Diarrhea problems, looking for suggestions on what foods to eat.

Did 18/6 earlier this month for a week. I had to stop because I had a diarrhea. It was mainly liquid since I drank a lot of water. Multiple times a day made the experience bad. Maybe because of too much acid in my butt? Its like when you eat spicy foods.

And so I am looking for suggestions on what kinds of foods to eat to help with the experience. Maybe a bland diet? Keto?

I am start IF again this week.

I have done IF before and I had no issues then.

My diet was mainly rotisseries chicken, ramen noodles, protein shake with fruits, orange juice, coffee, chicken patties and rice.

Eat more whole foods that have fiber, bananas potatoes, beans, broccoli, avocado. Idk the exact science behind it but I’ve had the same issues just this week with fasting. So I ate one big meal for the day, meatloaf, mashed potatoes no gravy and broccoli. It helped calm my stomach down.
