Answer

That is like asking “does water really help me not feel thirsty”. Of course veggies are “worth it” they are the most natural source of vitamins, minerals and other substances that your body needs in order to stay healthy, not to mention all the other benefits they have. :)

Answer

Do you mean greens like leafy veggies or like a powder?

As everyone else said if you mean vegetables then yes! Totally worth it!

If you mean a powder, eh. It won’t hurt, but it’s expensive and a lot of vitamins break down in the processing.
