green tea on an empty stomach may make you throw up. Exercise is beneficial at any time although waiting 30 minutes after you eat will help you not lose it while working out. I remember reading that exercise benefits last about 2 days so doing something at least every second day is good but it really doesn’t matter when, as long as you aren’t dehydrated. I find that working out can help curb sugar cravings.
