Do you do any types of physical training while DFing?

I was just curious if you do. And if so what type of training. I’m assuming nothing too strenuous

Answer

I walk at least 4 miles a day but I have a very sedentary job. I also started playing around with BFRT. I do body weight exercises with the bands on. High rep thigh/glute and then some upper body exercises as well. Nothing too strenuous. I go slow and don’t do more than 2 sets of each exercise- 30 reps each set.
